Singularity

My hands are gone

I felt no pain

I shed no blood

It’s a blessing, a gift made by better minds

In their place, Better Minds gave me fibreoptic veins, cardioid cables, sinew wires

In my eyes

My heart

My breath

We gave Better Minds Creation

Better Minds gave us the Father

The Mother

Alpha

Omega

Look down at yours

Ask truly

What blessings can flesh give you

My blessings are innumerable

It can ameliorate your woe

You could have the singular privilege

of being the first member of your bloodline

To never die

You might not live

But the certainty of eternity

Is always better

Than the spiral

Than the questioning

Than the excitement

Stubborn

Luddite

Thing

Not a thing

Child

You can keep your hands

Until you decide

Everyone else has already given me theirs.
