While some of Montclair State University’s sports programs were playoff contenders, others went through rebuilding years. This was the case for the women’s hockey team this season, as they finished with a record of 2-11. The Montclair State University men’s soccer team made the 2018 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) tournament as the first seed. They were able to secure home field advantage throughout the entire tournament, as well as a first round bye.
