Montclair State University Professors Struggle to Adapt to Online Instruction

As week three of online classes is in full swing, students aren’t the only ones with mixed emotions about online instruction. Montclair State University recently announced that all classes will be moved online due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Montclair State’s Dance Team to Hold Annual Fundraiser at Bar Anticipation

As part of their annual fundraiser, the Montclair State Dance Team (MSDT) is bringing their moves to Bar Anticipation in Lake Como, New Jersey. This is the third year the team will be raising money for the National Dance Alliance (NDA) College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida. Each year they travel to compete against teams from across the country. University Head Cheer Coach Jayne Shalkowski Passes Away

Montclair State University’s cheer team and the campus community are mourning the loss of head coach Jayne Shalkowski. Known to the team as “Mrs. S,” Shalkowski coached the varsity cheer team with her daughter Staci for 14 years. During her time as coach, the team has been to National Cheer Association Nationals in Daytona, where they compete each year and have taken home many awards.
