Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Montclair State University For Switching to Online Instruction

When Montclair State University announced that it would be moving classes online due to the spread of COVID-19, a class action lawsuit was filed by a film student seeking a tuition refund for the spring 2020 semester. For many seniors, walking at graduation is a highly anticipated celebration. Expect College Hall Next College Fall

It has been more than two years since Montclair State University students said goodbye to College Hall as they knew it.
