Red Hawks Sweep Stockton in Style

The Red Hawks didn’t lay any type of eggs Easter weekend as they beat the Stockton University Ospreys in both games of a doubleheader. The Red Hawks entered this affair with an 11-6 record, this being their first New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) matchup of the year. In game one, Brian Reiss took the mound for Montclair. Men’s Basketball Season Ends in Heartbreaking Fashion

The Red Hawks men’s basketball season came to an end Wednesday night as they fell in overtime 80-76 against top-seeded Ramapo College. It was the end to a memorable season, leaving a bad taste in the players’ mouths. The game had its highs and lows. The main man for Montclair State University was Daniel Ramis, who went for a career high 30 points on 18 shots from the field. All 18 of those shots were from behind the arc. Montclair State’s Victory Overtime Thriller vs Rowan, Advances to Next Round of NJAC Tournament

Luck had already struck twice for the Montclair State University men’s basketball team this season against the likes of Rowan. The intensity on both sides was apparent all game as these two teams did not disappoint. Red Hawks Struggle Late, Fall to Stockton 89-81

It was a disappointing outing for Montclair State University against Stockton University on Feb. 3 as they dropped their first loss since Jan. 19. It was their fourth away game in the last six overall, and Stockton was not very kind to them in their own building. The Red Hawks had trouble all day containing Kashuan Barnes who lit up the defense for 37 points on 14 shots in 40 minutes. Red Hawks Drop Third Straight, Fall to TCNJ 94-78

Montclair State University dropped their third loss in a row this Saturday in Ewing, New Jersey. It came off an 11-point first half lead which would be squandered early into the second half of play. Red Hawks Stay Hot, Beat Up Rowan 80-68

The Red Hawks were on the road Saturday as they paid a visit to Rowan University. Going into the game, Rowan had a 9-9 record on the season, which has not been much to write home about. It was a tough going early on for Montclair State University as they were 14 of 32 from the field in the first half after the Profs were able to take a six-point lead heading into break.
