Students commemorated the first week of school with Montclair State University’s campus carnival on Sunday, Aug. 27, Red Hawk Day on Tuesday, Aug. 29, the first week of classes and more.
The campus carnival featured amusement rides, temporary tattoos, music and other activities. Students from Bloomfield College of Montclair State University were bused in from the Bloomfield campus so they could enjoy the festivities as well.

Red Hawk Day and the first day of classes were filled with their usual excitement, with events such as the Student Involvement Fair and a welcome message from President Koppell.
