Christy Casey, Class of 2015, is a student who is constantly on the move and embarking on new adventures. This time around is no different. Within the past year, she has worked with the theater company Journey Lab, which has put on their first immersive theatrical experience called “The Alving Estate” at the Morris-Jumel Mansion in New York earlier this month. When Casey isn’t busy taking part in theatrical productions, she can often be found indulging in her other passion: ceramics and jewelry making. In her house, you can often find plates, cups, necklaces, earrings and other creations that she has made over the years. Even the wooden staircase up to her loft-style bed was put together using spare pieces of wood she found lying around. She can find value in anything and everything, even when it seems like a lost cause.
