On Wednesday, Sept. 16, Montclair State University held a flag raising ceremony at the Student Center Flagpoles in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Montclair State is a designated Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), with 45% of its student body identifying as Hispanic.
