Stockton University earned its eighth straight New Jersey Athletic Conference Championship with a 3-0 win over Montclair State University.
Montclair State fell to the Ospreys for the second time this season, with the other meeting coming on Sept. 15, in which the Red Hawks fell 3-1. Stockton was helped by Stephanie Kovacs, who posted a match-high 14 kills, as the NJAC Champions swept away the competition 25-16, 25-18 and 25-10.
Courtney Matlock finished the match with nine kills, while her sister Kimberly Matlock contributed 20 assists.
The Red Hawks finished the 2015 season with a record of 18-14 and had a solid 6-2 record against NJAC opponents during the regular season.
